American Log Homes & Cabins guarantees the quality of our lumber and log home kits. Everything you receive is guaranteed to be in good condition. We even throw in some extra logs to make sure you have everything you need. 

If anything is defective or broken, simply let us know and we will replace it. 

Upon delivery, the buyer will need to sign off on a bundle sheet indicating they received everything in proper condition. If not, you need to:

• Call or text 704-602-3035 or email inquiries@americanloghomesandcabins.com
• Include the original purchase invoice and indicate the defective piece(s)
• Include at least three photos of the defective piece(s)

American Log Homes & Cabins will repair or replace defective pieces. As American Log Homes and Cabins is not the builder, we are unable to guarantee anything after delivery.
