The logs are beautiful as you will see in the pictures. Michelle was wonderful to work with. We had to postpone delivery a couple of times and they were very gracious about it. When we we’re finally ready to get them they arrived as schefuled.

Purchased the Biloxi almost 2 years ago. It should have been a red flag when this company was unable to give me any construction company referrals. Took me this long to find a builder that was willing to take the project. Now we are unable to find a structural engineer to approve and stamp the plans. If your county doesn't have strict building codes and/or you plan on putting it together yourself then this may be for you. If not then you're just buying firewood and a headache. I am officially giving up on my dream of owning a log home after wasting 16k and 2 years of my life. Don't make the same mistake. My name is Jason Jones and we have spoken multiple times. My builder has even spoke to you. Speaking to you has not helped in resolving the situation. Now that i am having an actual house built, once construction begins, I will contact you to have the kit shipped so that my builder can unload it while he is on site. You have already stated a refund is not an option so the logs can sit in my yard and rot for all I care.

Found an ad for them that sounded too good to be true but I called them anyways. I am so glad I did. I received the logs and they are more beautiful than I imagined. Michelle was very good to work with. The draftsman, Michael WAS very responsive making changes to my plans You can definitely tell that the logs were freshly cut, and straight. The BEST part of buying from American Log Homes, is that they don’t try and sell you the materials that are readily available at your local building supply, and that hel-s keep your job from being cluttered with wood that is getting ruined by not being used in a timely manner.

Just a warning ...Called to get information on logs and about logging.. which they do not but... Michelle was very rude... didn’t even allow us time to ask if she could direct us in the right direction or refer someone.. abruptly said thank you and hung up on us. And yes... we are looking to build a log home and(we for sure)will not be using or recommending this company!

Very professional and Michele was super easy to work with. We were a little skeptical at first because the whole process seemed “too easy” but we are very pleased with American Log Homes and the quality of our logs. My husband, Son and I constructed our cabin ourselves and found it to be easier than we had expected. Mike was great to work with during the changes we made to the original plans and he was always a phone call away to answer all of our questions during construction. We highly recommend ALH!
